Refund policy

We have a limited 30 day return policy and 20% restocking fee for ANY accepted returns. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and must obtain an RMA# from MAD Racing Parts BEFORE shipping items back. Call during weekday business hours or email- sales@madracingparts.com

MAD Branded products can be returned for any reason within the 30 day window, at buyers shipping expense with a 20% restocking fee.

Outside vendor items that are drop-shipped directly from the outside vendor to your address are not returnable. EXAMPLES- Holley, Aeromotive, Procharger, etc.

Special order and/or custom made items are not returnable for any reason.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@madracingparts.com. If your return is accepted, simply mark your RMA# on the package and ship your item(s) back to our Warrenton VA location at your expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom manufactured pieces and consumable items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Special order items and any items drop shipped direct from the manufacturer to you are not returnable. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item BEFORE you place your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
